A journey of connection and transformation
Yoga has become more than a practice for
me — it has become a path.
A path of healing, awareness, and
transformation that led me to reconnect
with myself in a deeper and more
meaningful way.
My Story
I have always been passionate about
movement and sports. From a young age, I
explored tennis, swimming, dance,
horseback riding, and eventually golf,
which became a central part of my life and
career.
Over time, the physical demands of golf
began to affect my body, leading me to
search for a more sustainable way to move
and feel well. That is when I discovered
yoga.
What began as a physical practice quickly
became something much deeper —
bringing balance, awareness, calm,
and a new way of experiencing life.
Yoga became a path of reconnection,
healing, and transformation that continues
to guide me today.
A turning point
My journey deepened through the guidance of
an inspiring teacher who introduced me to a
traditional Indian approach to yoga — one that
goes beyond the physical practice.
An approach that integrates breath, awareness,
and inner exploration.
When life led me to move to the United States
with my family, I searched for that same depth
of practice… but struggled to find it.
At the same time, I was going through a
challenging period — distance from family, a
new country, inability to work, and physical and
emotional changes.
It was during that time that a clear realization
emerged:
If I could not find this practice… I would
become the one to share it.
My path
I decided to fully commit to this new direction.
With the support of my teacher, I found the
Amrit Yoga Institute, founded by Yogi Amrit Desai, and
began my training journey.
From the very first experience, I knew I was exactly
where I needed to be.
The teachings resonated deeply, giving meaning and
direction to something I had been searching for a long
time.
Since then, I have completed over 500 hours of
certification, including:
Each step has deepened my understanding — not only
of yoga, but of life itself.
My approach
My work goes beyond the physical practice.
I combine movement, breath, deep relaxation, and awareness to create a
space where you can reconnect with your body and your inner balance.
Each session is an experience — not something to perform,
but something to feel.
Through practices such as Yoga Nidra, Yoga Therapy, Hatha Yoga, and
Meditation in Motion, I guide you toward a deeper connection with yourself.
A connection that supports not only your body, but your daily life.
My intention
My intention is simple:
to help you reconnect with yourself through
movement, breath, and awareness —
and live in harmony.
